In this video I address important stuff that may be valuable when doing a NSW driving test. I look at whether we can stop across a left side street when queuing in traffic. Also look and whether we can move into a bus lane to avoid an emergency vehicle with sirens on. Finally we address what to do if someone we are giving way to waves us to go first.

Hey Jimbo, do you have to move into the kerb before making a three point turn? And when you move to the side to give way to a car in a small street do you have to signal in and out?

Yes you have to move into the kerb on your left before making a 3 point turn and I’m not sure if they want you to signal in and out of giving way not too sure on that

In real life though 99% of the time you never have to signal in and out of giving way to someone else

Hi Jimbo sorry one more question, are you allowed to wave during your driving test? Say someone waved for you to go but you don't have priority. Can you just wave back rather than keep them waiting? Thanks.

Yes wave and try and get them to go if they are just trying to be nice. If they are a big truck and need you to move then go as long as it's safe.
