07 Body Language Habits of Successful People - Personality Development tips | Increase your Confidence.
www.learnex.in/personality-dev...
In this Skillopedia video Rima brings you 07 Body Language Habits followed by the most successful people. Body language plays an important role in one’s overall personality development and can create or ruin one’s impression. If you want to project yourself as a powerful personality and come across as a confident individual, the don’t make these body language mistakes that can ruin your positive image.
1. Maintain a power posture
Bad posture is a complete no no .. Slouching in your chair, putting your elbows on the table, and covering your face with your hands are all signs of disrespect and disinterest. So, sit with your back straight and shoulders back, you look more self-confident. Remember - Never slouch: it makes you look shabby and under confident.
2. Avoid wild gestures
Use gestures correctly and with caution. Wild gestures make you look unbalanced and weird. If you exaggerate your gestures, people will think that you’re telling lies or that you’re trying to hide something. On the other hand, open gestures make your personality friendly.
3. Don’t un-cross your arms.
Crossed arms make you seem unfriendly, grumpy and closed. It's important not to give out that impression. Even if you smile, crossed arms and legs aren’t good body language habits. You must appear open to new ideas , flexible and friendly . Uncross your legs and arms and it will make a lot of difference.
4. No fiddling with your hair -
A lot of people have this habit. If you are one of those people who constantly touch their hair, plays with it, or tries to fix it all the time while others talk to you, drop this bad habit! This makes you look like an attention seeker and that is never good for your image.
5. Keep a smiling face
Do not underestimate the power of your smile; but also use your smile wisely at the right places.. Don’t smile at everything; it' doesn't work .. but be friendly and approachable . Above all a smile makes you seem positive and everyone likes to work with positive people. Just keep calm no matter how stressful the circumstances are and maintain a smile on your face.
6. Maintain good eye contact
This is the most important thing to learn about body language.. Neither too strong nor too weak.. Eye contact should be just right .. Friendly and honest. This will make you appear trustworthy :) However, if you’re avoiding any eye contact, it sends a message too: you have something to hide. You should try to hold eye contact naturally and be yourself.
7. The right handshake
The first thing we do when we meet people is shake hands that's why it's so important to have a good firm handshake . Never give a too weak or too strong handshake but make sure it’s firm. A good, firm handshake shows confidence and warmth.

I really found it good Point wise I am sharing my learnings:- 1) Good Posture:- Maintaining good posture by sitting straight during meetings and avoiding any unnecessary body parts movement is a sign of Healthy Body Language. 2) Avoid Wild Gestures:- Professionals need to avoid Wild Gestures & maintain firm gestures during conversations. 3)Avoid Sitting with Crossed Arms :- Professional must avoid sitting with crossed arms during meetings or conversations for maintaining Healthy Body Language. Otherwise it will depict that the person is doubting or not happy . 4) Keep your Hands out of Hair:- Professional should keep his or her hands out of Hair otherwise it will depict that the person is feeling insecure during conversation 5) Wear Pleasant Smile on face during conversation is a sign of Healthy Body Language 6) Maintain firm eye contact with other person during conversation, one should not scare other person during eye contact. 7) Have a feel of Good Hand shake , it should be firm and should not be bone breaking.

By the way your body language tells more about your personality,, in this case I just want to say,, it's very important to learn our body language and pay more attention on our character, it's because you send a message to other through your behaviour. Best of luck all friends, who learn English here

From channeling.... That When u got seperated, and went back to your mother place... After a year and half.... The houseownet kicked you out of the house.... And U had to travel really long distance ...to another city....almost 3 hours away from where you were.... For housing....because ur mother knew some relatives whom live there And so much is far away...as supermarkets and stuff.... And u cry.....because u got tired... Drained of energy.... This is what i channeled about you.... But also, u should understand on what has lead u to all of this.... - u left ur children alone ...while they were young... And Runned to your mother.... - and him, he did not understand why u did all of this.... Why u did not inform him that u will leave the relationship ? And Why u did not try to repair here and there the situation at least for the children..?

What if someone is an intellect, sincere, hard working and genuine but is nervous and fiddles/moves a lot ? I knew someone like that long ago. They were all the things I described above right down to a tee. Is it right to simply dismiss people based on their body language ? Is body language the ultimate metric by which to judge someones personality ? Is it smart to read too much into another persons body language and make that the focal point of the interaction ? This video leaves me asking many questions as opposed to leaving it enriched with knowledge or wisdom. Just saying.
