How To Be More Confident

Do you know how to look confident? When you walk into a room, go on a date or pitch at a meeting you want to make sure you look confident. In this video I will show you how to both feel and look more confident.
Confidence is a skill that can be developed with intentional and purposeful practice. It starts all in the mindset, but your own body language and verbal can do a lot for your mindset. I think that when you can implement some of the tips I mention in this video, that confidence can come naturally for anyone!
