I do have galant 8g v6 2.5 hoping someday to convert it into AWD manual twinturbo

Oh yeah it’s definitely one of my favorite sounds

That would be pretty awesome. I think all you would need is the transmission driveshaft rear diff and if you get it automatic or manual

Friendly, neighborhood '07 Galant Ralliart owner here, too! NIce work! Looks great under the hood. What brand intake did you purchase? So, after removing the intake box, besides the MAF Sensor, hose connector to tubing, what other items did you need to keep and/or reconnect? Also, what did you finally do since the stabilizer brackets did not fit? I also saw that your Galant has over 250,000 miles - WOW! Mine has 146,000, so nice to see that I have another 100,000 or more left on it :). Noticed that the seats are torn, too - what are your plans there? Thanks for your time and efforts with all projects.

Thank you thank you. I actually got the intake from a eclipse GT 2007 but yes even though it has so many miles it runs like brand new. Also only thing I had to connect is the MAF. And I upgraded the silicone couplers from the cheap ones to the braided booster couplers they can hold the weight of pretty much anything so my plan for the seeds are to get them re-done originally so it’ll be leather with the red background, but definitely more to come. I’m working on getting a couple more items to raise the power.

@legionelitemotorsports2096 So, with the seats, you are going to have an upholstery shop complete that? So hard to find the seats online for replacement and the stitching is unique to that car. Besides additional noise, do you think it added a power boost that is noticeable? Also, is the noise level too crazy where sounds like a Honda rice burner or a car with a little extra oomph to it?
