my grandparents Lon and Kate Hall own a cabin back from the 1940s to 1954 or 1955. I would go with them starting 1949 and knew the Rollisons , Butlers, Douglass and others. We were all young people and loved there. All but me were Horseshoe citizens .Billy Rollison use to go fishing with all of us and his mother would cook them at her cafe. He was only 16 years old .I hate what happens there. I think back how it use to be. To be honest I do not think things happen this bad until the ENGINEERS built that channel.
