08 Ford Expedition power steering pressure hose replacement (Detailed)

just curious, if you have to cut the line to take the nut off then how do you tighten the nut back?

Get the power steering hose with the quick connect nut,,,,,, then tighten that nut too the pump first then push (or tap) that line into the nut,,,, thats how i do it on my 2005 f150

Its a similar set up this expedition too the f150

Check rockauto and look for the hose with the nut thats seperate… and not already installed

And you use a socket with extension to take it off,,,,.. it makes it a hell of alot easier…

How long did it take you to replace this line? I am doing all PS lines for brother-in-law. 2008 f150 5.4.

Do you actually know what “detailed” means? This is the furthest from detailed I’ve ever seen. I’m left with many questions. Including why on earth you would video this in the portrait orientation.
