I have tons of vocab but due to lack of practise, it's hard to recall and use it for speaking. I really love the exercises as it's very useful to practise speaking.

hi good afternoon I really like your videos, I learned a lot. I'm a foreign student here in Taiwan and your videos are really helpful to me especially because I'm a beginner at learning this new language. I was hoping you could create a new videos about the grammars and how to construct a sentence properly . Because I'm having a hard time on creating a sentences with a proper grammar especially on translating English to Taiwanese mandarin. I really hope you could create a video regarding this. It would really be helpful to me and to my classmates who are also struggling. Thank you!

@QuizmasterLaw4 жыл бұрын
I've never seen chou doufu in France Germany the USA or Canada. Maybe Australia? Just the name means you can't sell it. If I were to try to market it i would call it PUNGENT TOFU Pungent means acrid, sharp smelling. Bleach is pungent for an easy example. Smoked things can also be pungent. Basically a pungent smell to the extreme will make you tear up but not wish to vomit. It will give you tears maybe even a runny nose but probably not. I've also never seen hot pot in any of my Western travels! Weird.

so I guess the softening / lighten the tone trick is just add "a little bit [有][一]点 " in front. 委婉 weiwan polite 例如 老师的衬衫看起来一点不性感 You're really hot. That sweater ... not so much. heh!
