I enjoyed this video and will do these exercises. You've explained them simply and I know I can do them. I suffer from ankle arthritis and when it's rainy, my ankle swells and it hurts to walk.

Absolutely “The Best” overall explanation of ankle exercises I’ve seen.Your teaching makes one want to push past any pain experiencing & go to their limits. hello Dr, I appreciate you for taking out the time to explain and do these videos on your channel, God bless you immensely. I was diagnosed with graves disease towards the end of last year but I have been living with the symptoms for a long time, one of which is pain in my muscles especially my laps and swelling and pain in my ankles. I am on a daily prescriptions 75mg of pregabalin which really helps with the pain in my laps but I still have pain in my ankles and the soles of my feet. I know you said that this exercise is for people who have been immobile for a while but will they work for me in alleviating the pain in my feet? Thank you

I like the way you talk, the casual tone. I have pain on the outer side of my knee. Squats aggravate this pain. As I age this pain has increased. Is this arthritis? Whatever the name, can I make it go away purely through exercises? (I am a 64 y/o female in fairly good health)

Hi doctor Hope you can give me some advise I was diagnosed in 2018 knee arthritis after doing some exercise my pain was gone (no medication) my pain has started again, I started in my knees again I started doing the same exercise with I did it in 2018, but the paid was not getting better, it was spreading to my feest, ankles, hiels, and now I can feel the pain in my hips and elbow too. I m afraid to do any exercise now. And all of my body joints are making cracking sound

Dr Andrea want you to help me,I had a fall in November 2021 and had a ankle fibular hairline fracture I'm now alright yet the nerve around my ankle was bent badly till now I'm not normal around that area,tho i drive my car yet always I feel a swelling around the ankle if I stand long if I bend my feet there is abnormality can you kindly detect what is the problem and give some suggestion.🙏

@@DrAndreaFurlan Observing walkers with duck feet, I noticed that it is always the Rt foot. Could this condition be reinforced by the constant Rt foot on gas pedal? And would eversion exercise 12:25 help correct the turn out? If so, would I then do more reps with the affected ankle or else use a stronger band for the RT ankle?

Hi Dear Dr. Furlan, I’ve watched several of your videos since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis, and have followed along with you. I love your channel tremendously. In addition to osteoporosis, I have a bigger problem which is bunion pain on my right foot. Now my question is, do thèse feet and ankle exercises help bunion? If not, would you please make a video of bunion exercises? I’m a dog walker and the pain is threatening to take my livelihood away, not to mention to confine me. I’m very active and love long, power walks but my pain has slowed me down. Please help. Thank you so much !

I can walk ok my heels with little to no pain. But I can't walk on tiptoes. Just doing tiptoe already hurts

I can't help but feel that this was 5 minutes of content drawn out into 17. The 3.5-minute 'introduction' was *REALLY* excessive. Speaking for several minutes on repeated information and showing for only a few seconds was unhelpful. If that content was critically necessary, show it, don't just merely say it.
