Obviously I would not deny that the 10 could also simply signify completion. Bust as the 10 toes in Dan. 2 yet represented specific kingdoms, I would propose that so to do the 10 horns in Rev. 17. Rome already reigns over the kings of the earth again; but it says this final manifestation will reign but for 1 hour with her; so there must be something different about it. I maintain it must refer to the United Nations taking sovereignty from the kings of the earth (i.e. the NWO); Not only did the UN formerly have the world divided into 10 regions, there's also a Club of Rome map with the world divided into 10 divisions.

PROPHECY AGAINST PRINCE OF TYRE (Ezekiel 28:2): I believe, this prophecy is about the pope. Because, he is a "man" (Ezk.28:2) claiming to be god. The passage says, "...I am a God, I sit in the seat of God, in the midst of the seas; yet thou art a man, and not God". This above attributes matches only pope. Of course, it was Lucifer who instigated his pride.

@@cherbear4978 I know this chapter is about Tyre. I am looking at the symbolic angle, like Babylon symbolizes the fallen churches. The king of Tyre here symbolizes the man the king of the north, who is the Pope.
