I'd say Kitakaze because she handles better and doesn't eat BB AP pens as hard (they overpen her easily). Sure, Harugumo has another turret but is it really worth the trade offs? I'd say no... a dead DD can't shoot anyways...

To be realistic cost-wise, you need to have 30 DD for every BB in each battle. 10 BB need 300 destroyers. And IRL that's how actual navies worked too.

agreed, I've had to deal with these in my Yamato. hate every minute of it. had a 250,000k damage match get ruined by one of these firebreathers. went toe to toe with every bb on the other team, only lost 20k health cause they were bad shots. lost 50k health to one of these firebugs before I could sink him, only to get finished by a torp he fired just as he went down.
