You say it's touristy but as someone who's lived in London for 12 years now, Londoners definitely also go to Borough, it's so so good. Also it was probably a good thing that you went on a grim grey day, sometimes it's so busy it's just no fun. If you come back Spitalfields also has a brilliant food market, and you can walk to Brick Lane from there (which I've seen other people have already recommended).

Say what you like about stodgy traditional British dishes (glad to see you tried salt-beef, aaah it' so good!), the sheer variety and excellence on offer in London is what makes it so special. @britishknightakaminininja11235 жыл бұрын
@@yasmin935 too bad you don't know the difference between "assimilation" and "being assimilated". Britain is an assimilator, taking influence from all over the world and yet, somehow, also making it uniquely british. The most obvious example, of course, being tea. A product that the entire world now tends to associate more with the British culture than any of the countries it is actually grown in. Your ignorance is frankly astonishing, given that one of the things that make the English language pretty much the de facto lingua franca of the world is that is so easily and seamlessly assimilates words from other languages wherever the concept is unique - as just demonstrated with "de facto" and "lingua franca". Meanwhile France has argued over whether "weekend" should be struck from their language... Travel more and read more widely, and next time you might be able to say something intelligent, and based on reality, rather than provincial racism.

Why doe's the UK have such a bad reputation when it comes to food? It's good stuff.
@sandgrownmanc66145 жыл бұрын
During WW2 the Americans came over and suffered our rations. Because of that, we suffered a bad reputation. When actually I would say our food is great! But I'm biased...
@andyt2k4 жыл бұрын
@@sandgrownmanc6614 Completely true, people think we don't season food, based on a time when people couldn't have sugar or salt etc on their food
@abyssGazerTV3 жыл бұрын
Because the stereotype is that white people don't season their food.

If you ever go back to London, you have to go to Camden Lock Market, some of the best street food you will find in London.

Wow....He’s actually the only utuber who managed to scoffed down all these blood-clogging street food down his throat in one visit and still gone to Bagel Bake at 3am, by himself! lol. Most of other utber ive watched gone in pairs, still none of them had as much as him 🙈 He eats for 3 (maybe more! Haha) with square chest, abs and biceps, his sense of humor and love for food-thats why i love this guy so much. Dont ever change Mike! 😌

@hollyh79245 жыл бұрын
