That's just it my man, its sent using an encryption method known as the One Time Pad (OTP) and ONLY the recipient has the numbers that correspond to the letters or vice versa. There are many stations like this that are numbers, not letters. The people that send this dont even know the code, hence why they use a computerised voice to record it. No risk. And once the code is received, after being transmitted. The one time pad is destroyed. Hence, ONE, time, pad. :) Glad to be of help !
