Hi Julie. So happy to see you again and I’m sorry you’re dealing with so many health issues. I hope the new meds do the trick. Personally I love your hair as it is now but it has to be what works for you Regarding sneak peeks for Market I think they are a waste of time. I would never order a design on the basis of a partial picture especially now that charts have become so expensive for us here in the U.K. I enjoy all your videos - the personal stitching ones as much as the ones with the chart and fabric options. What a lovely selection of designs you’ve been working on I’m also stitching Dancer and will now leave the date until the end and then decide whether or not to add it. The peacock is gorgeous and has made me dig out a chart I own - the peacock faces in the opposite direction and the flowers aren’t the same but the overall look and feel is very similar Take care and look after yourself x

Thanks for posting, Julie! I appreciate the shop updates and your beautiful stitching. Also, your Christmas decor is so lovely. Regarding the snippets of new patterns, I understand how they could be viewed as a time-waster. However, there are certain color palettes to which I'm attracted & others that I'm not crazy about. So, seeing snippets helps me rule out patterns and prioritize what not to buy. I need to see the whole pattern to be completely interested in a product. Also, there are so many patterns to stitch (and so little time) that I don't want to fuss around with color conversions and rethinking the fabric color to make it work for me or the person I'm stitching it for. I hope this helps. I hope your treatment starts to work for you and the side effects of the new medication are minimal.

Doing that decorating would put me under! But was a joy to see! As far as yr question, I would rather see a larger pic of the new charts. Seems like a waste of time & effort for the ittybitty shots & because I have more patterns that I’ll ever stitch, I need to be selective about those I purchase & a larger pic would certainly be helpful to me. Hope your new medication works well for you. I have been using the Pony needles for a while, and yes, the white wears off, but the needles are still usable for quite a while. On Market items, I also prefer seeing the full image. Glad to see you back!

I always seem to agree with you on stitching-I’m not putting words in Sewing Bird (yours is fabulous on that dark fabric!), the Barbara Ana design really stands out w/o the date, & I would also have to change the white on the BG piece. Snippets of releases on social media are so frustrating! I’m not going to order a design based on a snippet. When I go to your site I want to see the full picture so I say leave snippets to social sites. Curious what others will say. Hope you keep getting better!

I agree with you on both points; the Stanley mugs and the "sneak peaks." The schools talk about bullying but never actually do anything about it, that is very obvious. The sneak peaks are not only annoying, but downright ridiculous. Brenda Gervais is famous for those. I get nothing out of them but annoyed. You are so lucky to get that frog-frog, I have never seen one.

Before you said anything about your hair, I was sitting here thinking how nice it looks! So it may be long but it was looking amazing! It's so nice you have Dan to do home improvement projects. Even if they are finished slowly. As far as the sneak peaks...I find them so annoying! Just show the piece. What's the point of the sneak peeks? How are we to decide if we truly like it or not?
