The funniest part about all the Build Fighters Master Grades is that they’re larger than the canon Mobile Suits, technically. They could advertsie these kits as 1.44/1 scale.

This was my first Master Grade, and the only on I actually applied all of the decals to. And honestly, I have zero complaints with it. It is a fantastic model kit. However... my cat knocked it over and broke the tooth that plugs the Full Package into the back of the Gundam. So I had to buy the Universe Booster and upgrade the Build Strike to the Star Build Strike and display the Full Package in booster mode on its own That said, I am satisfied with my kit, and it is certainly the centerpiece of my Gunpla collection

I like this kit note I have a RM version of the strike but I feel that with combining pieces from both I could get a great looking suit, for example out put a pair of front skirts(though modified to look right) on the back so that it's all able to move freely, I personally would modify the armour to make it much thicker in places, have the original songs from the aile pack become swords (similar to starscream in armada, or mounted to the shield like the Sinaju) another idea is instead of the beam cannons foreign from the waist fire them from the top and put the thrusters from the aile where the cannons are. and of course custom colors.

I plan on getting this in a week or so as my first ever MG. I'm hoping it doesn't disappoint, but from the sound of it, it seems unlikely it will. :) UPDATE: Just got it yesterday. Built it in about 5 hours and holy bloody wars I'm loving it so far. Considering how used to high grades I am, the mass, solidity, and tightness of the kit caught me really off-guard in a good way.

Just thought I'd stop in and say that P-Bandai is releasing a master grade RG Mode of this in April. The inner frame is clear blue and the armor plating is pearlescent.

Build Booster reminds me a lot of the Ootori striker pack from the RM version of Strike Rouge. Would recommend building the MG Infinite Justice, one of my favorite MGs on my shelf.

i think the swappable hands is much more reliable than the 3-1 finger and fully articulate hands(looks awesome BTW but it's occasionally floppy)

My first Master Grade is Strike Noir. And the only thing I found it difficult was Strike Noir's small yellow triangles and the shoulder thrusters. So, I wonder if it's worth it to buy MG Build Strike Gundam?

Kyu the Fandubs Inner frame Poseability (be careful about this, it somewhat depends on the age of the kit/when it was released) Decals (some HGs do come with some, but at the same time usually nowhere near as much) Usually much better looking than their HG counterparts due to the above

This is not the final form though, its the star build strike gundam. The main difference is the shield though it has movable parts that expose an energy absortion device.

For someone who is about to take on their first MG build, what type of modifications and finish would one need to get it to look like in the video? Was this just panel lining, seam line removal, and top coat? or is there some other painting and what not involved?

43 Bucks on Amazon. Most MGs do not come with waterslides. They are usually bought separately.

HGAC Wing Gundam. It's a very recent kit and it's about as good as you can ask for a HG kit in terms of engineering and looks.

I usually use super glue, then try to sand it down. Some people say topcoat makes the joints stiffer.

Yes! It's a hobby, and it's art. People, myself included, enjoy building these. For me, it's a way to relieve stress and keeps me focus. And trust me, get one to see for yourself, you'll become addicted to these. I've been a big fan of these for a while now, and in 4 months I have about 8 already. Again, it's really addicting and fun to build. People do take it to another level though for display purposes

the MG is alot more stable due to it's frame is form the MG Aile Strike RM ver. while the RG is from the early RG line. the frame serves the RG strike well but the extenders added for the RG build made the kit quite unstable. the best version of this kit would be the MG.

+John Dale Angelo Barriga there are gundam markers you can use but i use a fine tip sharpy then you can use a clear matte coat to keep the black ink or paint on because it tends to rub off

TYPE V3 which my gundam is better this build strike or amazing red warrior. I don't know which one because I think both is cool. But amazing red warrior have the moving finger parts, I really don't know. Please respond :(

Well, I own neither but have done extensive research because I was considering getting both. I have to say that the Red warrior is a better all-rounder, and an excellent place to start collecting MGs if you don't have any. It uses the RX-78-2 inner frame, which is universally considered to be excellent, while adding new and interesting accessories. Because of the simple armaments and the solid foundation, it should be a joy to play around with as well. The build strike is a very solid model kit as well and is built with all of Bandai's current technology , but is plagued with the issue common to all Seed kits: weight balance issues. So if both designs really have equal appeal to you, the deciding factor would be whether you consider presentation or play value more important. The Red warrior should be nice to fiddle with all the time, while the build strike will more likely be posed in an extremely extravagant manner and left like that.
