FYI, while its true that the Lightning Striker is an MSV design it actually does have an appearance in a series. It makes a brief cameo equipped on the Strike Noir in a battle against the Delta Astray in the manga series "Mobile Suit Gundam SEED CE 73 Delta Astray"

It's actually used by one of the Slaughter Daggers given to Orb. The one Sven's Strike Noir/Strike E used after losing the Noir Striker was the IWSP Striker that one of the five Slaughter Daggers were equipped with(hijacked via system overwrite)

I suppose outside of the Aile the other Striker Packs are in radically different colour schemes from the Strike itself. So making the Lightning contrast from both the Launcher and Sword packs make sense. Although, in retrospect, I believe I do prefer the Impulse's gimmick of the packs changing the whole MS's colour scheme to the weirdly clashing colours of the Strike and its packs.

IIRC, in universe, that was possible only due to the Impulse using VPS armor(compared to the G-Weapons' OG Phase-Shift armor, which had to have the voltage settings adjusted before launch, VPS Armor equipped machines can change their armor's voltage settings on the fly), and the silhouette packs have pre-programmed voltage programs installed, which is why it changes colors when equipped with the Sword and Blast packs(IIRC, the "given reason" why the base/Force Impulse has a similar PS color scheme as the Strike is intentional, as Durandal wanted to evoke the image of the Strike and the Archangel with the Impulse and the Minerva).

Lightening Striker pack works a lot like the blue astray Lohengrin launcher pack. two parts combine into one big gun and it has to have two lines input cable's from a high power capacity equipment to fire the thing

just wanted to add that if you paint the outer side of the clear head parts in a transparent color, you can pain the inner side (or the parts behind it) in a silver color so that the end result is a transparent colored eye/head camera with a more reflective quality.

The first time I saw the striker pack was in super robot wars W. If I remember correctly, it was a secret that involved preventing Miu’s death. So he’d use this and Cagalli would use the IWSP.

Has it already been 9 years? I 100% agree that MG GAT-X105+AQM/E-X01 Aile Strike Gundam (VerRM) is a very good modern MG. I actually ended up getting the add on set version. 4:12 I personally don't mind the feet on this RM ver. The long feet looks more like clown shoes. 5:12 I actually prefer the clear plastics. If it's a colorless clear you can very easily paint it and get a more 'realistic' look; at least more than what a foil sticker can provide. 5:45 It's nice that this comes with water slide decals. 7:19 Same. I wish there was an MG FX-550 Skygrasper. I mean Bandai made an RG version. Also Bandai could make a P-Bandai version of it in its Mass Production color version. 7:47 These are the stickers that I was curious about. Interesting that they're like the ones from the PG Unleashed version. 3D stickers...? 🤔

The Strike RM is so solid that it can stand on its own even with all the Perfect Strike attachments. In the case of the Lightning Striker, if you saw the Metal build version of this first, then you'd be disappointed how ass it looks as a MG form.

I call the Perfect Strike "Fruitcake" because it looks stale and is dotted with random colors :D Really though, the Strike has always looked so generic. At least it doesn't drop its missiles every time it has a two minute launch sequence (Impulse).

I feel like they got the stat wrong. CEP refers to how big your aiming zone is, and a weapon with a 120 KM CEP on EARTH is pretty much crap no matter how you cut it. 120km/10'000km RANGE I can believe though.
