ゴリラのキンタロウがママの足元でまとわりついています。暖かいし安全ですから。飼育員さんがキンタロウにリンゴや柿のおやつをあげようとしましたがモモタロウに見つかり執拗に要求しています。しかし、キンタロウのかわいさが勝ったようで、全部ゲットしました。
2020/1/10 shootingA gorilla kintaro is clinging to Mom's feet. It's warm and safe. A keeper tried to give apple and persimmon snacks to Kintaro, but found them in Momotaro and requested them rel entlessly. However, Kintaro's cuteness seemed to win, and he got everything.

Смотрела как все устроено у семьи Шабани. Там есть небольшой бассейн ( 1м х 1м) с проточной водой. Животные туда изредка залетают, обмываются и ходят чистенькие. Вот бы и семье Момо сделали такой же.

モモタロウお父さんが我慢している姿は素晴らしいです。これがゲンタロウ君ならねじ伏せてます。食べ物に関して今までも何度かモモタロウお父さんの大人げない行動を見ていたのでどうなるのかと思いました。モモタロウお父さんもそこのところ、キンタロウ君を意識的に優先して譲っているのでしょう。ゲンタロウ君は登場しませんでしたが、彼がやって来たら、これまたどうなるやらヒヤヒヤします。キンタロウ君、柿は美味しかったかな？体が冷える果物という人もいるから、お母さんに抱きついて冷えないようにね。

I’m thinking he is cold... 🤔I wonder what the temp is there... maybe I can google... ( when all else fails, google😝) OK! Back from googling! It is Winter in Japan and it gets cold! It is in the low fifties right now in Kyoto city. At night it gets into the thirties. I bet momma’s sweet furry body is the place for a baby to be! I’ve always wondered why Kintaro has rarely ever rode on Genki’s back...🤔 I did not know, until I read it, that the zookeepers drop chopped apples and carrots into the enclosure. Now, I see the carrot pieces a lot. Kintaro passes them up a lot. I wondered what he was picking up and eating, from the ground. It is 🍎, I believe. この映像の後だか先だかゲンキに抱えらながらスタッフさんからご飯貰ってたらキンタロウに、もうダッシュで走って来たモモタロウ、ゲンキもキンタロウも引いてた😄 ゲンキ達に威嚇が終わった後、スタッフさん見てたから自分がリーダーだからってアピールしてたのかな😁 仲間が居なくて調べる事も無い子育てだとやっぱりあまり背中に乗らなくなるのかな。逃げる事も無いしね😮

Why does Genki constantly eat? Is there something wrong with her that causes her to eat like that? She even steals food from Kintaro and if wasn’t for the keepers Kintaro would starve. They feed him every time he is in or gets near the cage. Thank goodness for the keepers.

She's eating normally for a nursing mother. It takes a TON of calories to supply that milk! Kintaro gets plenty to eat. He's a healthy boy! We only see them during a few minutes of video. He's still nursing as a primary part of his diet with some greens as added nutrition. According to Sea World, about 67 percent of a lowland gorilla's diet is fruit; 17 percent comes from leaves, seeds and stems; and 3 percent comes from termites and caterpillars. The mountain gorilla eats a diet that is about 86 percent leaves, shoots and stems; 7 percent roots; 3 percent flowers; 2 percent fruit; and 2 percent snails, ants and grubs. Adult males can eat up to 40 lbs of vegetation per DAY! My concern is Genki's age. She's 33 in the video. That's old for a wild gorilla, although zoo-kept gorillas can live to around 50 years old. Still, age is creeping up on her and it's bound to be affecting her. Having an infant at her age as well as a mischievous teenager is no easy job. And that handsome 18 year old husband keeps her busy as well, I'm sure! LOL
