Spoilers for the ending, The manga never got fully translated, in case anyone tries to finish reading it. The translator probably didn't like the ending and gave up. In case anyone's interested in how it ends: MC finds out his ex lied about the bf and basically they agree that they were both immature about their relationship and reconcile to stay friends, MC and the three girls spend some time together before we get absolutely neck-breakingly rushed to an ending where he realizes he likes his junior. He ends up proposing to her with very little buildup. I couldn't fully translate it so I don't know everything that happens but that's basically it.

Imma just say it as it is. The MC is honestly kinda at fault in this. This is all as of him cutting them off Heres why: First girl, his ex, is probably the hardest to argue for. She played dumb games and won dumb prizes, but heres to saying she was actually partially right, she was feeling insecure because she showed no passion for her at all, even until the end. She initiated everything and him nothing. He's a terrible boyfriend, he made her feel insecure for no reason. Shes clearly popular and probably gets ofter asked out or told shes pretty, by everyone but the one person who should be doing it. Of course she'd think of something extreme at that point, it WAS too far and she should of communicated but it was his lack of that which caused the problem, plus him just letting her go no argument just proved her insecurities about him right. The second, his kohai, is just right. She wasnt bullying him, she was messing but nothing actually mean, only time it got close to that area was when she told him he was PERCIEVED and gloomy and unsocialble. Shes right. The third, the maid, is literally just doing her job, people like her being sadistic as a role, she's just playing into it AND giving the mc special treatment. His glasses must be for nothing because one look around will show him all he needs to know. He not only didnt communicate that he didnt like it, he actively returned time and time again so she obviously would have thought he liked it, since she liked him she leaned into it and treated him more, you can see it in her face when she gets shouted at how little she knew. Overall the mc isn't kind because hes a kind person, he thinks itll earn him something. That "been nice to" list was probably actually a thing. That isnt him actually being kind. He's a shitty boyfriend (not that she wasnt bad AT THE END), he is unsocialable and he has no observation skills, he overreacts and he expects people to always acts the way he wants them to. This is seen when he says "youre not the riri-chan i know" Overall he isnt the underdog. If you find yourself rooting from him you'll be easily manipulated by any average narcicist.
