I have actually included a roll top bread bin tutorial in my third book, Making Dolls House Miniatures in 1/12th Scale. They are a lot easier to make than you would perhaps think!

I'd highly recommend Julie's book, Making Dolls House Miniatures in 1/12th Scale. It's a gloriously well-written book. Clear instructions. If I had a small comment in the negative, I struggled with some of the words in the 'script' typeface but that is me being picky and it certainly hasn't detracted from my pleasure in making the pieces!! The bread bin is super-cute!! xx

I've already put Julies books in my birthday wish list for my hubby and kids. And I know he's been looking. I'm really hoping I do get the books so my daughters and I can get ideas/inspiration for our Australia Day house (free settlers hut) we are currently working on (stuck on furniture ideas)

I bought these from Streets Ahead, which is a wholesale only supplier, but I am going to start selling them, along with other handles and drawer pulls in my Etsy shop - I'll let you know when they're in stock.
