Owned a Toyota in past and now we own one product from Suzuki’s Nexa line up in our garage (XL6 AT to be specific) service experience at Nexa is fine but not upto mark for an example in my recent service (10000km service) they added charges for door lubrication which to my surprise were not lubed when the vehicle was delivered, alignment charges were added but no alignment was done, they rectified the issues at priority after complaint but this thing never happens at Toyota or Honda. People at Nexa need to understand that selling a car is not about how glamorous the showroom is but it is also about the service you offer after the product is handed over to the customer because that’s what the customer will be experiencing for whatever years the vehicle is with them.

I have owned a Toyota Innova V Diesel 8 Seater 2006 model.. i have used it for 18 years.. we are allowed to keep more than 10 year old Diesels in Mumbai.. so.. .. Didn't want to wait for 18 to 24 months to book n' buy a Hycross ZX(O).. even the Invicto Alpha+ had 15 months waiting.. so purchased a Invicto Xeta+ and have no complaints.. .. yes would have loved to buy top model Hycross ZX(O) but.. very happy with the Invicto Xeta+ too.. .. I was very happy with my 15 year old SX4-ZXi 2009 model too.. so sincerely had no challenges or complaints with service team at Maruti.. .. Its now 13 months since we got the Invicto.. can say comfortably that it's a good decision..

Having driven last 2 generations of Innova got to experience XUV 700 as a rental for a week. It has a lot of design & engineering deficiencies relative to Innova, these become obvious in no time. UI for engine mode is unacceptable, contrary to perception suspension is poor to mediocre. The screen on XUV 700 is much larger with better resolution, buts its 360 camera is very ineffective because of the tiny top view. Whereas Innova’s smaller lower resolution screen is way more effective.

Zx is amazing muv ... bought 3 month back driven 17000 km ..I amazed how toyota engineering hit the right note every time..but I have to pay hefty premium to get my pearl white..average is around 17 kmpl...I have merc also but I am travelling in zx only now...but a let down in interiors..like window switches are not back-lit etc ..power mode is good.. Mountain driving is extremely enjoyable..Power delivery and braking is soo good ..all disc brake work so good..and music system it's JBL feels as good as bremister in my Merc..to name The few .kaash interiors could have been better..Overall it's a amazing machine.

Invicto insurance will cost u around 87-90k and Toyota will charge u 1.35 lakh ... If you can consider TATA Nexon for used car, then clearly have very good car knowledge and you should definitely go with TATA. No other brand can ever seem more promising to TATA lovers. Only thing is average in Honda city is ground clearance and if can be a bit cauticious driver you will love Honda City. Just get you car checked with a trusty mechanic before ginalizing the deal. One more awesome second hand no nonesense car option I can suggest if you can live with less premium or should I say taxi level premium interiors but very functional and reliable car and if you can find a decent one(which is very very hard to find because it sells like hot cake in second hand car market) is Toyota Etios Diesel.
