eccomi qui con un nuovo progettino,questo sarà sicuramente più veloce dell'ultimo modello del Camion.
Ho intenzione di costruire questa classica in stile hot rod,con fiamme ecc

I learned from an expert scale model builder how to chop the roof of this model car. I started with amt 1949 Mercury Sedan kit. Used a X- Acto razor saw to cut all six roof posts in mid length. Then cut across the middle of roof above the driver/front passenger seats. Then use Evergreen white polystyrene sheet plastic for railroad dioramas. Cut out a strip and heat it to bend ends. Glue into roof gap to extend the length of roof. Sand down roof posts on chassis and roof till you achieve desired letter box slot windows. Use Testors contour putty in place of "Bondo" used in real hotrod body work. This is difficult to explain in words how to do this but this technique is the same for full size real chopped roof "lead sleds".
