Make it simple with #cabbage that is good for stomach health and #carrot that takes care of lung health.
It's a great side dish if you eat it with rice, and you can eat plenty of vegetables that are good with bread, so it's nutritious!
[Ingredients]
1/4 Cabbage, 1 carrot, 1/2 onion,
2 tablespoons oil, 3~4 pinches salt, 1 teaspoon tuna sauce, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, 2 tablespoons sesame seed, 2 tablespoons perilla oil
1. Shred the cabbage, wash it, and place it in a dry pan.
2. Add 2 pinch of salt and cook with a lid on.
3. Transfer cooked cabbage to a strainer tray and drain remaining water
4. Stir-fry shredded onions and thinly sliced carrots.
5. Put the cabbage in the pan with the heat off and mix all the ingredients once.
6. Mix tuna liquid, pepper, sesame seeds, perilla oil and put it in a pretty bowl and eat it deliciously.
