This is by far my absolute favorite home... The backyard is amazing, and it is fitting for someone who has a big family, I would put a fireplace in the master bedroom, it is worth the asking price

Perfect that instead of a powder room, it's a 3/4 bath and near the laundry and garage so when I get home after some outdoor activities, dirty stuff go straight into the laundry and I can shower before I head into the main part of the home. The room without the bath, I'd make into my equipment storage (camping, snowboarding, outdoor gear, etc). The empty space behind the playground, I'd make into a full size basketball and futsal court. One thing I'd do differently is put the loft/office area on the opposite side of the courtyard so that the balcony overlooks the pool/backyard are and I'd connect the stairs to the masters bedroom to make that my master's retreat since the house doesn't have one. Chuke you have outdone yourself with this home... This home is a steal for that price but would love to know the taxes too... But man having a party or family gathering/Reunion here is to die for... Man, I can see me having a party nice DJ family partying bounce houses for the kids and the playground. That back yard endless possibilities man... My neighbors would say they jamming nice jams smooth jazz live band back there... Man, that back yard is another house even if you wanted to make a nice garden back there you can... It's a lot of parking for the family though. This home is speechless and well worth that price you are getting more for your money the way life used to be. For anyone that won the Powerball/Mega Million needs to hop on this asap. We need more homes like this that have mostly one floor but huge. Oh and nice hair Chuke I see you pimp.

This a perfect home..the amount of land you get with it ...its so hard to find a home with a lot of land in las vegas now a days..i would def add a lot more green to the landscape as well as add some privacy trees along the fencing but worth every penny

The wind loves you Chak. You know I loved the floors and that master closet was outrageous. Kitchen is huge and it allows a t.v. watcher his or her dream, watch t.v. and eat. The backyard is friggin humongous. My guest will have to fight over 3 baths I ain't cleaning all of those, lol the rv garage would be my gym. So were you winded after this tour? It's nice if you deal with a lot of people.

Coming from Someone that lives in New Hampshire, this is the first home I seen you post that I would consider a good price XD haha Just home prices where I live are almost 1/2 the cost of Las Vegas most of the time. Only difference with this home, is if it was here I would also get 50 acres of land with it for $1.4 :) lol. Just different locations. I really liked the Kitchen and Living Room in this home, the rounded Island was really cool

Really nicely laid out kitchen. I would use more modern looking cabinet doors and a different color backsplash though. ..but the design is really ergonomic. Love that island too.

This house is flawless i am trying to find a flaw but there is not one thing i would change. Only on the exterior i would landscape add a larger jungle gym for the kids extend the sand pit keep that in ground trampoline, extend the guest suite and the pool and behind the RV garage add a mini basketball court grow some trees in at the sides and turn that yard into an oasis and that's about it. Btw your hairstyle is popping. Keep up the work brother, and keep spoiling us with these home more often.

NICE..... plenty of sun for a solar tile or panels with a couple of power walls to take care of the electric bill. I need more power than I should need due to all my electronics and if I were to get this home run my garage with lifts in the garage plus all the additional luxury. The way its set up is to monitor your children or guess if they are to come over and you are in the house while they are in the pool. I wonder if the walled off area can be higher for privacy and to keep guess from being stupid to the neighbors. Other than that this is I can live with.

It’s gorgeous I love it however with all that extra space n the background I would either add a second pool or make the casita a big bigger so it can at least fit a full size kitchen since it has a full bed room and living area and maybe add a second bedroom if possible just something to fill in a little bit more of that extra space plus I would make the first pool and jacuzzi a big bigger like bring out that first pool a little wider and longer. Those are just the adjustments I would make for me personally if I bought this home. Other than that it’s beautiful love it!!!!

Amazing house. Not only is the house huge but so is the lot it’s on. My only issue with the house would be the Jack and Jill bathroom. With a house that size both rooms should have their own bathroom.

For a Las Vegas property this is great. I live in the South West of Las Vegas and space is a premium! I wish the inside hall way and rooms were bigger though. I love the space in the back yard, that alone would be enough for me to pull the trigger on this. I had all kinds of ideas for how to use that RV garage. The only thing I don't like is the nosy neighbors. For a house like that I wouldn't want people behind or right next to me. I want privacy to do what ever I want. Guess I'm going to have to go check this out this neighborhood this weekend.

What are the laws like for building a new structure in the back? Say an identical casita where the playground is...or maybe a basketball/ tennis court? Canadian here and it's pretty strict to do anything (some cities basically deny even tiny changes/add-ons). Your channel is certainly educating us! Looking to buy in Vegas in the next couple years to be closer with family and AND GET AWAY FROM THE COLD!

@@chakits1 do you golf or smoke cigars with any of them county admins on Sundays :) from what I've learned in Canada, who you know can seriously impact what you can do. For example in a city nearby where some people are friends with the city guys and inspectors you can buy a big house with 4-5 bedrooms and convert it into a 12 bedroom student rental ( dig out basement lower to have 2-3 extra rooms). Crazy cash flowing when you know the people who can approve.

First of all I want to say what a great job you're doing on showing and right down to the details of the properties. I love to have you for my realtor. My question to you is can I have an elevator if I custom built this home reason I'm asking is because I'm in a wheelchair. Second question for you is with the pool, spa area can they design a pool with just a small ramp that I can maybe have some kind of wrench that'll allow me to hook on the back of my wheelchair that slowly let me enter the pool just enough my waist before going completely in the pool. I have really bad arthritis in my knees and back. I can walk but my left knee buckles on me causing me to fall without any warning, that is my reason for asking? I like the fridge in the laundry room, if you put a microwave in there that whole set of bedrooms could be the teen hangout rooms, make one of the bedrooms a game room, this way the older kids can hang with there part of the house away from younger siblings and the adults
