I love the front of the home with the 4 car garage and circle driveway. That entrance into the home is epic. I wish the first bedroom you showed had its own bathroom. The master downstairs needs a counter and sink with a small fridge. Carpet in the garage? Never heard of that before. I guess you can park only electric cars in there because gas powered cars will probably leak oil all over. No thanks. Kitchen is nice but I would be nice to have a vegetable sink in the island. Elevator is a nice addition and backyard is nice. Love the pool and jacuzzi. Golf ball in the backyard is not good. Lots of glass in back of home plus that pool. Basketball court is awesome. The upstairs area is okay but to tell you the truth if I had the money I would sell the closets shelves, the kitchen cabinets and probably the interior doors. I would then bring this home down to the studs and redo every room in the house. The area upstairs with the balcony will be the main master. Every room will have its own bathroom. I would really make this house my home.

P.S....watching this vid 2-3x while surfing the internet...the builders didn't cut corners to save dough...the diving board reminded me of a patient[20's] who hit his occipital on the floor of the pool while diving, he was 6 footer...he ended up quadriplegic too young to be in a wheelchair, if a resident is in a wheelchair he/she needs to be on the first floor...no need to have an elevator...❤

Monica Cuevas, which area of Vegas would you recommend for a young family looking for space?
@Mikacunebula5 жыл бұрын
D. Ppl I Foyt want peace you can go to the North however crime rates have gone up. East has crime too however were I live we have many friendly neighbors that have a spanish culture schools here are pretty poor and ghetto. Henderson you could get farms you can get good houses that have a good amount of space however that’s one of the rich areas so the prices might be higher than East. Summerlin is just like Henderson but there’s no farms. You live very close to your neighbors it’s the type of houses that you can see there backyard also the backyard is tiny compared to Henderson and East. East has some nice houses but there’s always many problems with them in the future. Henderson is probably your best bet you also have nice neighbors and there’s security cameras

Pros: #1 Circular Driveway #2 imperial staircase or Double Staircase #3 TALL Ceiling #4 Pool/Jaz overlooking the Golf Course and surrounding view beyond #5 Ceiling Fan(i believe it's only in 1 room?? Reasons Alone #1+#2+#3 will be what i'm looking for in a Multi-Million house!! Cons: #1 hate the brownish whatever material in that standing shower #2 the storage door in the corner of the house is kinda awkward looking spot #3 New community but i'm not sure why the street asphalt has fracture/crack lines #4 The Trees/Palm in the Middle of that Circular Driveway not really good Feng Shui, prefer it if it's a water fountain with giant fish shooting water or cupid shooting water #5 I think you mentioned the Circular Driveway is made of Snap Concrete but for $2.2 they can do better material than that cheapy looking pavement #6 Hate the Tray Ceiling, i think it's in one of the Rooms but dude Pain in the Ass if Flies, moths or insects Die up there and have to clean it out #7 The street asphalt has fracture/crack lines and it's a New Development/Community?? LMFAO ok, Sorry #7 & #3 are identical just thought that was Funny as Hell lol Love this $2.2 Million home way more than the $4 Million home i Commented on the other day. That house has too much wasted areas, narrow walk-ways, outdoor shower, a few outdoors break area, that $4M home had so much wasted space it didn't even have room for a backyard, pool, jaz, circular driveway, double staircase, tall ceiling, but you love that developer...

The problem with selling million dollar plus home , is people with that sort of money want to buy their own dream home, not someone else's. A lot of the time the houses go realy cheap and the seller loses a lot of money. If the location is well sort after , some of the houses go for land value and the house is dozed.

Hello Chakits love you channel, this is not a complaint but just an observation, in the UK when people do what you do and sell houses, they do it floor bye floor, but what they do to give the potential customers an idea of layout on every floor and show a layout (floorplan) so some of the houses you show have very big areas, maybe if you showed the floor bye floor layout, it might help potential buyers, just an idea.
