@SierraOutLoud The TLDR is I use a DJI Osmo Pocket 3, I've had it for a year. I bought the "Creator's Package" which had the wireless mic, extra battery and stand up handle. Man, Amtrak is so overpriced. That irritates the hell out of me. I have MLK day off. I think I might head to the desert if it's not too cold out there.

@RevN3 One doesn't take Amtrak if a timetable is important. It seems the train experience is the journey. They charge a lot of money, and still need taxpayer support. To my understanding, the ACELA line (in the North East) does support itself, but the rest of the service is a money pit. Amtrak leases rail time, and the railroads prioritize their own freight over Amtrak. This happened to us on the Chunnel as well, on the way to Amsterdam. I have enjoyed my experience, but I think it needs to end.
