Thank you so much for sharing your talent! This has been the easiest crocheted slipper I have made in years. Love it! I am soooo grateful that you also offered this video tutorial as I have never come across the terms “free loops” before so the printed pattern and the still pictures did not help me visualize where I needed to put in my crochet hook. When I saw you do this in the video, it finally all clicked! It’s a lovely slipper and stretches well enough, although I felt I should go up a size in the pattern because my tension has always been on the right side. That’s a me problem not the pattern ;D Thank you again, my Mom is going to love a new pair of slippers!

@crochetdreamz4 жыл бұрын
The pattern will generally tell you what type of yarn to use. The yarn you choose will depend on the look you want. If you want a thinner fabric, you can use a DK weight yarn, a medium thick fabric, you will use worsted. If you want a really chunky look, you will use a super bulky yarn.

I absolutely love this pattern! Thank you so much for sharing it. It is great for quick and easy Christmas gifts. I couldn’t find any Bernat blanket yarn, in a solid color, which is what I wanted to use, but I have some variegated in brown tones and gray tones, but I really wanted to do the solid, so I went to the store and I found another one but it’s called tweeds and it is working up so pretty it’s got just a little bit of an extra texture to it. And I’m not finding any of that kind of fur yarn that you mentioned so I am just substituting with yarn bee, “Fur the moment” in coordinating colors. They are looking really good. Again, thank you so much!!
