1.6 THP rear PCV oil catch can installation 🔧🛠

A step-by-step installation of a rear PCV oil catch can (OCC) on the 1.6 prince engine (THP / N14/N18) 🔧🛠.
Instead of adding an oil catch can, it is also an option to do a PCV delete. PSA part 0361S4 can be used for that.

A real must have for all THP / N14/N18 engines (or even for all current down-sized engines). The catch can will prevent oil and other contaminants damaging the engine.
The actions shown in this video are (should be) in basic the same for all cars with the 1.6 Prince engine (1.6 THP/Puretech/N13/N14/N18).
For example:
Citroën DS3, DS3R, DS3 racing, C3, C4, C5, DS5. Engine codes: EP6DT, EP6DTS, EP6CDT, EP6CDTM, EP6CDTX, EP6FDT, EP6FDTX.
Peugeot 207 RC, 207 GT, 207 GTi, 207 Le Mans, 208 XY, 208 GTi, 208 GTi BPS, 308 GT, 308 GTi, 3008 GT, 5008 GT, RCZ. Engine codes: EP6DT, EP6DTS, EP6CDT, EP6CDTM, EP6CDTX, EP6FDT, EP6FDTX, EP6FDTR, EP6CDTR.

BMW 1-series (F20) 114i, 116i, 118i, 120i, 3 series (F30) 316i, 320i ED. The BMW N13 engine divers most from the other Prince 1.6 engines.

Un véritable must have pour tous les moteurs THP / N14/N18 (voire pour tous les moteurs down-size actuels). Le loquet empêchera l'huile et d'autres contaminants d'endommager le moteur.

Yes, I has been done twice now. You really loose a lot of horsepower and torque. Engine gives so much more response/power after a walnut blast session.

Dat is een onderdeel van Forge. Op de eerste THP modellen past de FMHP207, de latere de FMHP208. Indien de turbo lucht uitgang niet bovenop maar aan de zijkant van de turbo zit, heb je aan de helft van de FMHP208 niet veel...

I would recommend to add the second as well, but the hose should be strong enough. I recently updated the hoses, will add the movie later online.
