Flyhawk seem to offer all that on their kits but I haven’t built one to know if the engineering matches the detail

@@ravensfootball52 I have bought almost all of Flyhawk's 1/700 ship kits and their single 1/72 airplane kit. They are amazing. Magic factory's Gerald Ford kit is equal in quality detail and crispness to Flyhawk. I give the nod to Magic Factory for their meticulous packaging which I have never seen before. It is simply amazing and although my exterior box (not the kit's box)was slightly damaged in transport the kit box and contentents were unscathed. This is a company that cares about quality and refinement.

It'snice to see more modern aircraft carrier kits being produced. Hopefully someone will bring out CVN 80 USS Enterprise!

One F35 is missing a wheel, not in the bag and wasn’t even in the box 😏 there was also a few parts that looked to be a bit dinged up like from factory and it had to bc the packaging was fine (from my normal Chinese eBay guy)

@@SquadronMMD Honestly, I don’t know what to do with it, except to putty all these jointing cracks that shouldn’t be there. I don’t understand why the deck holes for securing jets were made so huge and deep for this scale, and why need jointing, and even such a deep in place where should be only deck markings. This makes the model looks like a Lego toy.

@@rz_scale_models8275 Ohhh, yes I do know what you mean now. The overscaled holes I think is the same issue that we run into alot of times with hull plating being overscaled. In my opinion, in this small of scale... you wouldn't be able to see either of these things at all. However, the model kit manufacturers (I think) sometimes choose to err on the side of overscaled to show detail rather than to leave it smooth like it very possibly should be in such a small scale. Kind of reminds me of cereal boxes "Texture Enlarged To Show Detail" lol..... I am not saying it is the right thing to do, but.... I have seen it time and time again. I have not built this kit yet, I really want to, but until I do I can't speak for the seems to fill. Dry-fitting it I thought it looked to go together pretty good, but if you are already into building it then you know better than me at this point. I guess I will need to move this up the ladder on my workbench so I can see all the good bad ad ugly. Thank you for the comments and I hope that you find an acceptable work-around for your own personal build of this kit.

@@SquadronMMD Yes, the kit has no alternative at the moment and is generally very interesting and not bad, if you don’t pick on the details. But when I saw the flight deck, I was scared). I really don't know what is more worst, these panel lines or lashing holes)
