1/8 Homecoming - Camp Lejeune, NC

Wow,,it's been awhile since I heard Camp Lejeune N.C..year 1996 my daughter was new born.. Now she's 21 ..we left some bad and good memories behind.. My little one and i finally moved and find ourselves in a tropical island ..we are doing much better now..As a single mom for 2 decades I am proud of my self..god bless you and to your love ones

Graduated the the high school there in '72. After all these years, I'm thinking the shool I attended has faded away, the living quarters might till be there, I never went back after my 23 years in the Navy, so seeing it even briefly was nice.

I WAS LOOKING FOR MEMORIES OF D-1-8, 65-66. YES, IT WAS TOUGHING IT, JUST LIKE WOODEN BARRACKS AND STEAM HEAT AT PARRIS ISLAND.
