1/8 KYOSHO USA-1 Nitro UPGRADE 京商 USA-1 GP カスタム VITAVON GTB Racing

京商 USA-1 を色々とカスタムしてみました！！
GTB Racing製の前後ホーシングのキャスター角が同じだった為フロントのタイロッドが取り付け出来ず穴開けとタップ加工が必要でした。あえて前後別で販売されているのであればそれなりの価格なのでちゃんと設計して欲しいと思いました。
純正のスタビもリアのドライブシャフトと干渉してストローク幅が狭くなるので走行までには外すと思います！！
We have made various customizations to the Kyosho USA-1!
Because the caster angle of the GTB Racing front and rear housings were the same, the front tie rods could not be installed and required drilling and tapping.
If they are sold separately for the front and rear, I wanted them to be designed properly because of the high price.
The stock sway bar also interferes with the rear driveshaft and narrows the stroke width, so I think I will remove it before driving!

Aluminum axle like RC4WD or HotRacing, there are also design a big differential case, thus it interference with steering rod. Need a 15degree rods end, but 15degree rods end cannot hold if hit something. Stock sway bar always touch the drive shaft when jumping. Hot Racing Yeti XL sway bar is a better choice, and use the softer one.

Thanks for your comments and advice. I agree with you that the rod ends and diff case are too big and problematic. I removed the stock sway bar. Yeti XL sway bar looks good! I will refer to it.😄

You need to upgrade the shocks. I use Proline dual-rate shocks now and they are very nice.

Very nice looking truck with the beautiful upgrades. Since you are spending a ton of money on this truck, what's a few dollars more? Get the GTB chain housing and the carbon fibre vertical side plates. 😂 Your 3D printed stands are quite nice too. 👍

Hi, Thanks for the comments and suggestions.🤠 I also purchased a GTB chain housing, but it was titanium colored, so I will install it on another body "FO-XX". I would like to see them release a red chain housing as well.

@@m-shi Yes I agree, it would need to be red also. I purchased the Kyosho skid plate and it is also in that titanium color but it seems to go okay with the rest of the all black chassis stuff.

@@m-shi おぉっ、既に32sp4お持ちでしたか！私のは28sp3ですが、ドイツのやつは始動性も良く爆パワーで最高ですよね！一度サベージ用の後方排気マフラーを取り付けていましたが、なんか耳障りな爆音になっちゃったのでサイド排気に戻しちゃいましたね。

@@m-shi 後方排気はお試しでやるのは良いと思いますが、やはり燃料タンクまでマフラープレッシャーが遠くなるので、不意なエンストするし、効いているのか訳わからんって感じでしたし、チャンバーが車体後ろなので、自分の足元から走り出す時にやたらうるさくて、今は消音バッフル入りの京商GTマフラーにしてます。後方排気だとサイドはスッキリするんですけどねぇ😃

@@user-GUNUNU なるほどです！勉強になりました。前にチューンドサイレンサー [MAW010]付けた事も有ったのですが30VGではイマイチでした。GS21とかRG21だと良かったのですが…… やっぱりサイドが良さそうですね！！👍

うわー、やっぱりインファーノのオプションダンパーイケるんですね！インファーノNEOのリヤとUSA-1 のノーマルダンパーが共通だったんで多分大丈夫だと考えておりましたが、実際に見ると安心感あります。大変参考になりました！と言うか、文句なしにカッコいいです。

@@hiro-vl7qx シリンダーサイズはほぼ同じ、ダンパーロッドは同じ長さです。自分の感想ですがダンパーピストン等使われている部品が違いますのでスムーズさは違います！ノーマルもオプションダンパーも組み立て直後は双方あまり違いがないかもしれませんが何回か走らせるとノーマルの方は動きが渋くなりやすいです。😁

@@m-shi ありがとうございます。 どうしても大ジャンプ等でバウンドしてたんで、ダンパーくらいは変えたいと思ってました。 自分のはVEなんですが、モントラ系はGPバージョンの方がパワー特性的に合ってますね！これからも楽しみにしてます。

コメントありがとうございます。色々加工が必要だったので時間が掛かりましたが何とか形になりました。ウイリーバーも昔のマッドに使ってたものを5リンク用に加工して取り付けました。ひっくり返るのはモントラあるあるですよね！ボディ無しでアスファルトの上だと最悪です（笑） 結構重くなったのであとは走らせて見てどうかですよね！マフラーもサイドにするか後方にするかまだ悩み中です！！

@@m-shi the stock one drives me crazy being so close to the body, it costs a pretty penny to replace, I got a runner and a display body even the clear is 110$ usd
