Great channel, most charming and professional presenter 🙏. These condo units have a pattern of the outside component of the mini-split being placed within the balcony space. This takes up premium space, also the noise and wind when the mini-split is running, which would be often in the Bangkok heat. Why isn't the exterior mini-split equipment mounted on the wall, outside of the balcony?

It would be more clear if she was to say what the total fee is for the condo per month for a one bedroom and a two bedroom. To say that it is per square meter is just trying to blur the fact that the fees are pricey.

@@heythave It doesn't matter to me anymore, now that Thailand has extended the new tax for foreigners I won't go to Thailand and buy apartments. If I have to pay 40% taxes then I go to a developed country that also offers me a healthcare system that is included in it. Progressive theft is this type of tax in a third world country.
