For those that said this house is way overpriced. Listen, living, owning or renting this house says a lot in term of social status, financial outlook for the one who can afford it. Let says in your country especially Western countries, what price of the house that wealthy people pay for and move their family in? Is it 300K USD? If the answer is no, you know this house will never be overpriced.
