I didn’t save $5s but I saved $1s and my coins. Between both of those I had $100 since starting in September and I made an extra debt payment 😊

@p.r.xchange3012 Congrats on the VA job, if I may ask how long was your process? did you use a coach?
@p.r.xchange30122 жыл бұрын
@Charlene Covington Hello.. it wasn't long. I applied 10/23/2022. I got an interview on 12/29/2022 and got offered the job 01/11/2023. I didn't have a coach, but I did go over some practice interview questions, and that seemed to help out a lot. Most were "what would you do if" or "tell me about a time" or " what did you do" type of questions that they asked.

Thanks for increasing my knowledge in personal finance, I recently subscribed to your channel. I want to give a big shout-out to all those working tirelessly to earn a living and build wealth during this recession. My husband and I are both retired and debt-free, and we're living smart and frugal with our money. Despite the recession, we're still earning passive income thanks to our savings and investments in the financial market. Investing lifestyle has enabled us to earn a steady monthly income through passive means, and we're grateful for it!!!

@Francisca Edmond No problem at all! If you're seeking to earn substantial profits from your investment, I would suggest determining your investment horizon and implementing a long-term plan. I worked with Claire Martha Magalhaes to create a long-term investment strategy, and she assisted me in managing my investments while I focused on my job without any concerns.

Working with a skilled financial planner can be compared to having a mentor in the field of finance. I used to struggle to invest on my own and ended up losing money, but things changed once I started working with Claire Martha Magalhaes. She played a pivotal role in helping me improve my financial situation. Previously, I relied solely on my job and salary for income, but now I have found ways to generate additional income with ease, which has allowed me to leave traditional employment. Nowadays, I believe that investing is not a choice, but a necessity for anyone who desires financial independence and a good quality of life.

Thank you for telling me about your financial consultant. I will definitely look her up and try to get in touch with her. I have realized that relying solely on KZbin videos and attempting to manage my finances on my own hasn't been very effective.

I’m a server and I’ve started saving fifty and hundred dollar bills since March 1st. So far, I have $500. I need my $10, $5, and $1 bills to use as my bank for work so it’s a bit harder saving these but at the end of the shift, when I get my credit card tips cashed out, depending on how many tips I made, I ask for the larger bills. Since I don’t see these bills that often, for this reason alone makes it easier to save them.

I am saving for my birthday. I was supposed to be going to Disneyland with my toddler, but decided to invite a friend who has a birthday around the same time. It was meant to be a joint celebration, but it's been hijacked and I've been turned into a tag along. So I'm buying myself something special and putting the rest into a new stuffer so I can have some already when I restart the challenge for my next birthday.

When you take your money to the bank do you strap them? Or is it loose like that? I work at a bank and that many ones and fives would stress me out. It might be fun to watch you strap on camera. That way you don't have to worry about recounting or money getting mixed in after you count it

I have been saving anything under a $5 bill for pushing 3 years now. I have noticed I have been saving a lot less in cash because of the cash back you get with credit cards. I hardly use cash any more but still love saving any that I can. I save $100's as well. I like to take all the cash back from credit cards and put it in my 5% savings accounts as well to compound. I need to start doing it with the $5's and under as well. It would be sweet to just save and watch it all compound until or unless needed.
