Not everything is pork. Pork is particularly common in that part of Italy but less common in the other regions. Consider that our 20 regions have 20 completely different cuisines. Foreigners think there is an italian cuisine concept but there's not. There are 20 regional cuisines. What for example is consider italian in the USA is actually italian-american and not italian food.

Was there just 1 month ago. The food was great, but what wasn't is the amount of people that smoke. Nothing like eating outside, people watching, then the table next to you finishes their meal and everyone lights up.🤢We started eating indoors. 😬 Even walking, you pass one smoker and there's the next one.
