it's not that wild. "metal" rank players are AWFUL in OW2. At least in OW1 you could count on some Plat players at least being decent at the game. Now, even diamond players seem to be pretty bad. I think this is due to the rank inflation though. Hopefully Blizzard fixes this glitch soon

This is the smartest someone has played 1v5 by FAR. The strat for the most part was playing poke damage near cover and health packs to get ult charge and bleeds, then pulling someone with knife or axe when they are forced to enter burst range. Resulted in having ult a surprising amount of times and barely dying at all. Great stuff.

dont forget that other tank has either insane mobility or insane form of mitigation that junker queen lack in both. junker queen also happen to have one of the better dmg at range compared to other tank (which is their usual main issue in this format)

There’s the issue that the bronze tank pick diva which is a bad matchup vs JQ. Matrix doesn’t help vs JQ bleed and hammer. Also her big head hitbox is vulnerable to shotgun. Most other 1v5 has a tank (in the 5 team) that annoy enough the solo so other can either poke or burst down but in this vid, they didn’t

I still think Ana would've been more beneficial for them. Zen is good for the bonus damage, Ana Anti-nade keeps her from sustaining the fight and most times forces her to retreat which uses up time. If they had Tracer get shot then grab the health packs they'd be counter playing him pretty hard there. Team comp I think would've been best: Orisa, Reaper, Echo/Mei, Ana., Zen/Kiri. You'd get more healing overall that way, Anti her which would make it harder for her or force her to retreat. Reaper self heals, can wraith out of her ult, does a lot of damage that's not hard to land (cuz bronze aim), his ult does a lot of damage and self healing. Orisa has a much easier time peeling for the team, when she ults she could by herself stall JQ for about half the duration. Echo is good for damage and harder for JQ to hit, but Mei would make her slower, self sustain as well, and if done right when ever JQ ults you have Orisa Javelin spin, then throw Javelin into her, then Mei puts up a wall blocking her off. You've now created enough time for the Anti to wear off, she's not healing as much from the fight now, and you might have enough time to heal some people up yourself. A better team comp wouldve made the Bronzes so much stronger to the point I don't think Zen with his discord while it's a HUGE damage debuff, could be made up for with those choices. But if you play the ult game the way I layed out you could have Ana Zen, get the anti and discord, Nano the Reaper/Orisa and thats probably the strongest plays they could have.

I love how bronze players just throw ults for the sake of it - always an interesting one. I genuinely think the easiest way to get out of bronze is to just think properly about ability usage, its impact and when it is needed. Just general game sense stuff instead of aim/comms/mechanics.

I think it'd be slightly more fair (and ultimately more interesting) if you adjusted the ult gain rate to give the Bronzes more of a fighting chance. Nothing drastic, just like... 75%, so that the tank isn't getting ultimates literally *_every_* ten seconds. Compounded with the 2× damage, that's still roughly 1.5× charge rate. Aside from that, the Bronzes could've used a tank change, for sure. Orisa or Sigma seem like the smarter choices, since they both get a Matrix *_and_* some form of bonus HP, but they also get a crucial CC that would basically negate Queen's most powerful tool; DVA's only benefit is sometimes bouncing the knife with her Matrix.
