In this video I am showing how to build a simple bushcraft kayak. The idea is simple: you can build a fully functional survival kayak in the wilderness if you have a knife, plastic wrap, and tape.

Have you considered paper mache as a first layer under plastic wrap? I think it would be an easy and affordable way to strengthen it (if methods like adding a fiberglass layer isn't doable for financial reasons - student audience🙈)

Yes we are kept separate by race somewhat on earth the way it is in heaven. However we are white and will be together in the end with the good ones at least. The media info and US government is bad to Russia and lies like they do about a lot. With the fail of the USSR Putin is trying to make Russia the way the USA is supposed to be. He did not allow the dual citizens of Israhell and NWO or ? large corporations in gaining control and infecting Russia. The way the USA is today with the democraps promoting socialism/communism. It is a Problem (they create)/ Reaction (we have demanding a solution)/ Solution (they have had that sounds good to the public but far from good). The MSM is group monopoly owned and uses the tool the chosen ones (for what?) use. Misinformation, propaganda, lies, deception. Look at the truth of the Russian collusion investigation of Trump created with BS AND LIES PAID FOR BY HILLARY AND WITH TOP FBI, CIA etc.. involved. Not to mention the immigration and internet censorship now. Plus the 2A stuff with Soros and the like funding the anti gun group propaganda and the media dissing the science and experts the Criminologists. I mean CA SENATOR Leland Yee the huge anti gun legislator busted in prison for arms trafficking. OBUMMER $10,000,000.00 CDC report on dangers of civilian gun ownership findings. Did not hear much about those results? Look up this stuff from good other side info to see and decide if you do not know please AMERICANS.

One of my best friends is Russian. To be honest, when shit hit the fan with ww2, it was Russia that backed us up. When the chips are down, the true colors of people and nations comes out. We may not agree on everything politically but with all the bullshit in the world you can count on this American to see Russians for who they are: The crazy awesome people.

MAJOR TOM Lmbo, rotf!!! Funny!!!! But it isn't the over the counter for food service type of wrap he is speaking of!!! Lol! He means the kind used mostly in industry for wrapping items being shipped to keep them stacked neatly but also to keep orders together!!! This wrap is a bit thicker and the roll tends to be wider and wound with many many feet of wrap as opposed to probably only a max of 6' for the home food wrap and last but not least it is tougher than the typical foodwrap saran wrap!!! Lol!!!

I recently used one of those rolls of industrial wrap for packing up food parcels. Its a bit tricky to use at first because it only sticks to itself (unless the surface is a very similar plastic). But once you get practised in using it, it is a wonder material. In the UK its about £10 per roll, the rolls last forever, it comes in clear. white or black, so its useful for different tasks, and absorbs, reflects or transmits light accordingly. Its a superb all-round great camping/field craft/prepping item. Thank you Advoko

Believe me buying a kayak is an inversion you won't regret, this looks fun too tho, but won't last as long as a real one.

Exactly what I was thinking. Maybe test out this one and then move on to a more costly and reinforced one... or make a more reinforced one using the skillset learned in crafting this one. Good luck either way, yo. Lol.

@MGA team if you can borrow a canoe a couple weeks, upside down on saw horses saran wrap from the bottom up. now the slightly diluted type2 wood glue and neatly layering up newspaper, once its 5/16" thick you're ready for 4oz fiberglass cloth epoxy resin and graphite powder mixed in for abrasion resistance. flip upright for bow/stern blocks, gunwales, seats etc. people did used to build paper canoes, they didn't have the good glue we do now. the sides could be done with magazine pictures like a collage, could be interesting. all this takes is a couple children, a paint brush for the glue, a roller to chase the bubbles out from the glue+paper. some sanding along the way may be required.

When your're stranded on an island its best to have sharp metal tools and a healthy supply of shrinkwrap. I love all of these "bushcraft" videos with expensive tools, i actually didnt watch this video yet.
