This is my healthy kabab tecipe. perfect for evening snacks or dinners . Try and enjoy ❤️
Ingredients -
Soya chunks -1/2 cup
Carrots-1
All capsicus- 2
Potato -2
Onion -1
Chopped green chillis and ginger -1/2 tsp
Lemon juice -1-2 tsp.
Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
Grated beetroot -2 tsp.
Roasted crushed pranuts -2 tbsp
Sattu - 5 tbsp
Spices -
Salt- 1/2 tsp or according to upur taste
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Black pepper -1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
Sauf powder -1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp ( optional )
