A recipe of Kebab with mix pulses. A quick, yummy, tasty recipe of mix pulses. This recipe can be cooked within 20-25 minutes. It acts as a good starter for a meal.

Serves: 2-3 People
Ingredient
Mix Pulses
Kabuli Chana - Chickpeas
Rajma - Kidney beans
Green Chana - Greeen Chickpea
Yellow daal - Yellow lentils
Watana
Green Moon Daal- Green lentils
2 Medium size boiled potatoes
1 big size finely cut onion.
1 Cup Rice Flour
1 Tbsp Jeera/Cumin seed powder
1 Tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 Tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 Tsp Chaat Masala
Salt as per Taste
Steps:
Soak Mix Daal overnight in water.
Pressure cook overnight soaked daal for2-3 whistles
Grind in mix daal in a mixer.
Mash boiled potatoes in the grind daal.
Add all the other powder ingredients and mix it well.
Add little water to make it thick
Add Oil if reqruied in the mixture and mix it well.
Cover it and keep it for 5 mins.
Make flat round or any other shape from the mixture.
Add 1 Tbsp oil in a hot flat pan
Shallow fry the pattice till both sides are golden brown in color.
Keep turning them at regular interval to avoid burning.
Enjoy the Kebab with Curd, Ketchup or Pickle.
