Today I am going to share 2 healthy snacks recipe which is made of jowar flour and rice flour.

Properties of Jowar :-
It might act as antioxidant.
It might act as an anti-cancer agent.
It might lower blood glucose level.
It might help in weight management.
It might safeguard the heart.
It might lower the cholesterol levels.
It might help in bone health.
It might help with digestion.
Ingredients _
Jowar flours - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Onion - 1
Carrot grated- 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1
ENO - 1 tsp.
Chopped Green chilli and ginger - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp or according to your taste
Black paper - 1/2 tsp.
Tadka
Oil - 2 tsp
Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Urad dal -1 tsp
