Does the machine stop itself if it runs into super small primer holes or Berdans? I decap with a FW Arms in a XL750 and can feel when there is something wrong which is quality control on its own but id love to do 2000 an hour instead of like 600

Good morning and thanks so much for stopping by the channel Esper 👍. I like your question because it says a lot about your way of reloading and preparation of the brass🥇. First answer. I get sometimes undersized primer holes, especially on 9mm cases that are specifically produced for the militaries. When these cases go under the decaping pin you will here a different tone, slightly stronger and comparable to sort of a steel punch. What happens is that the small hole is enlarged without any issue what so ever. Second answer. This issue I had a few times, say maybe 5 time in around 30,000 cases. You will here a complete different sound and the clutch system kick inn, same as if you have an upside case under the pin, without the usual pop. Pins are cheap, around 3 dollars each just in case it brakes. All in all, in my opinion, this is a fantastic machine.
