Love my Rollsizer. I added the manual Rollsizer to my 1930s Craftsman metal lathe and was able to adapt it to my needs. Slow and steady does it. It takes about 25 minutes to roll 500 cases. I've already done most of the cases in storage and will do batches as I need more to reload. I do have a video of my setup if you want it.

It would be nice to have a decapper/rollsize unit all in one~ Now that would be a reloader's dream!

Yeah that would be nice if it did both! I have seen people set up their decapper to feed their rollsizer.

Which Dillion case feeder is used in both the roll sizer and decaping machine?? Thanks

On my setup with a commercial rollsizer and decapper I have one of the older Dillon two-speed case feeders that I have upgraded with a variable speed DC motor that I swap between the units by swinging the casefeeder 90 degrees. The old two-speed units will work fine with the DC or manual rollsizer but will not keep up with the commercial rollsizer or the decapper. The newer Dillon casefeeders that come with the variable speed DC motors will work with any of the units. Thank you!

I just got one R-deccaper. Unfortunatelly, is not like they say in the manual. It has not enough power to deccap a primers from Sellier&Bellot Nontox. These cases have a small 1,2 mm flash hole, and the machine simply can't push through that small hole. It is to weak to punch that primer out. Than I thin the pin from 1,5 mm to 1,2 mm, and it work like hell ! Exactly like in your video. But...big issue! A new SP primer (from CCI, RWS, or Federal), will not ignite. That's because the hole is too small for a standard primer. This case will work only with lead-free primers. Almost impossibil to buy these days, and very expensive. So, from me, Rollsizer got a big minus. But, they got also a big big plus for the machine for rolling cases. It is really a tough machine, work great and very reliable. ( I do load about 100.000 pcs / month).

I have never had a problem pushing those primers out. Some of the real junk brass has even tighter pockets and even those are successfully deprimed. This is also why we recommend the small pins for the decapper, the large pins will work on most pistol brass but on the real junk the pin will sometimes get stuck in the flash hol and pull the case out of the jaws but even in this situation the case is successfully deprimed.
