What's interesting in this video is that this may be the first time Gary's met his fans, but for them, they've seen him on a daily basis and have established a relationship with him long before meeting him. Gary knew this and treated each person as if he's known them. One guy told him "I was a superintendent, and I opened a shop 2 months ago thanks to you...."
