A 1-day cold pressed juice cleanse helps me reset my eating habits and reenergizes me when I need a quick reset from eating unhealthy over the weekend. The next day, I tend to feel lethargic and bloated after eating bad or consuming alcohol.
I thought this would be great to share since the holidays are here and I tend to enjoy the food, especially the desserts. 🤤 Make sure you are drinking cold pressed juices, this method retains nutrients and has no added sugars or preservatives.
A 1-day juice cleanse consists of drinking 6 cold pressed juices every two hours for an entire day. You’ll want to drink a lot of water as well, so you’ll be using the bathroom often. 🙃 If you feel the need to chew, which I do, eat a few nuts. I will slowly chew about 5 nuts with my third and fifth juice of the day. I’m not necessarily hungry, my body just naturally wants to chew and swallow something!
I do own a masticating juicer, which cold presses the juice out of fruits and vegetables. But, sometimes i just want to buy cold pressed juices because it’s easier than making it myself!
I typically do my cleanses through Project Juice. Their site has a ton of information on the different cleanses and its benefits.
