Today, I got my ear cleaned by the same person. He is really skilled, uses simple tools to pick out waste. He took out similar waste without using the tube, although he used an oil to loosen it up and used simple forceps to pull it out. Many of my friends then got their ear cleaned by him. But, be careful when you come across such things, not everything is genuine in the world these days.

Getting that much wax Deep in the ear is common because when we clean our ears ourselves we cannot reach that wax. But only ENT doctors and specialists should do it. Otherwise it's easy to puncture your eardrum.
