1 Egg and 1 Potato! Simple and quick breakfast! Delicious potato recipe!
Ingredients and recipe:
1 potato (200g)
1 carrot (100g)
Mozzarella cheese (50g)
1 egg
Salt and Pepper
Vegetable oil
Garnish with topping of your choice!
Salsa and avocado was used in this video :)
Shred 200g of potato
Squeeze out the water
Shred 100g of carrot
Add the potato, carrot and mozzarella cheese into a mixing bow
Add 1 egg, salt and pepper
Mix well
Heat up pan in medium heat
Add vegetable oil, add the potato mix
Fry for about 3 mins per side, flip and repeat
Done! Garnish with topping of your choice
