• Team members are each demonstrating a different Mod level of difficulty, from 1 to 3 - adjust up or down as necessary!
• Killing the level 1 mod 3 workouts? Maybe it's time to try out our level 2 routines!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts, no equipment required.
Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF
WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)

Breakdown of the workout: A. 1. Squat jump to side shuffle 2. Reaching side lunge 3. Ski jumpers 4. Prone flutter 5. Side to side hop plank 6. Rollovers 7. Single leg side hop Blowout: Iron T and side scissors B. 1. Mini lunge jumps 2. Jump twists 3. Superstar scissors 4. Prone roll and hold 5. Breast stroke swimmers 6. Dead bug 7. Pike pushups Blowout: Skipping complex (invisible rope jumping) C. 1. Sprawls 2. Reaching side bounds 3. Mountain climbers 4. Star side planks 5. Mammalian crawl 6. Fire hydrants 7. Rotating squat jumps Blowout: Up downs (fast feet and pushups)

Great for beginners... I thought the camera jumped too much. I couldn't just watch one person to get the move. That's it. Thank you...I just need to up it some! Little too easy for advanced exercisers

Wow this was intense but doable. I couldn’t do the mammalian crawls and was dead after the sprawls so I passed on the reaching side bounds to catch my breath. Overall burnt 650 cal. Excited to do again as I know the moves.
