• Try level 1 first if you haven't!
• Team members are each demonstrating a different Mod level of difficulty, from 1 to 3 - adjust up or down as necessary!
• Killing the level 1 mod 3 workouts? Maybe it's time to try out our level 2 routines!

EVOLVE FUNCTIONAL FITNESS: At-home, bodyweight workouts, no equipment required.
Come back Mondays to Saturdays for 3 workouts focusing on a specific area:
• Mondays: STRENGTH
• Tuesdays: AGILITY
• Wednesdays: CORE
• Thursdays: TOTAL SPORTS
• Fridays: TENNIS
• Saturdays: GOLF
WORKOUT PREMIERE SCHEDULE (all times EST):
• 11AM: Express Workout (25 Minutes)
• 1PM: Standard Workout (45 Minutes)
• 3PM: Extended Workout (65 Minutes)

Fit guy, or thought I was. Thought I could cope with agility until I did this work out. Puts you to the test but in a fun way. Better then going running to feel the sweats and burn. Definitely going to do this once a week as part of my routine, great work becca and team. Thanks for sharing.

This workout is amazing. I'm a Basketball player who practices multiple times per week and this has me sweating more than all of these practices. Simply Amazing.

10 hour work day then came home and attempted this!! Made it to 31 minutes that's it done. Way to much jumping for this thick girl

Thank you so much for this workout. I thought I would never be able to do intense cardio again due to all the jumping and some of the holds my wrist couldn’t take it. The mods and the explanations were soooo helpful. I did the whole thing after taking a year off these kind of workouts. So happy I found this channel!

I would love to be able to try this, but unfortunately, in the condo that i am living in, there is a Crawl Space underneath the whole condo, so i can't do these drills, but they look fun to do though. Thumbs Up.

i am not expert but i dont think any device can measures burning calories accuracyly. all calculates your hearth rate with spending time. important point is muscle usage while this hearth rate i think. and this workout have a lot of muscle usage with high hearth rate. my guess more than thousend maybe two thousend. edit; ok watched to the end, it is possible more than three thousend for hardest version.

Hi, It depends on your current weight/height, your resting HR, how often you exercise and how high you an get your HR up. Honestly to burn over a thousand calories for a girl with an avg weight, say 55kg at 165cm about 30 years old who exercise regularly, is not quite possible. This workout may burn to 450 calories approx plus minus 10%-20%. You have to do a lot at a constant HR of 145bpm and above at least to even burn 600 calories in an hour. It will be possible for a guy to burn up to 600 calories or more for this 45mins workout. I did the workout. My highest HR was 190bmp and lowest was 112bmp, Avg was 132bmp. I burnt 290calories in this 45mins class. I am 52kg, 164cm and exercise regularly and i did the level 3 version all through. So please dont eating crazy calories thinking you have burnt 1000 calories in this workout - that's my point.
