Too much instruction talking. Distracting. People know what level they are and if they need tutorials it’s their responsibility to view. Constant instructing while exercising is not what I’m looking for

What I love about this video is how the camera person and editor did their absolute best to make sure you cannot see full body view of the instructor as he DEMONSTRATES each new move. (I’m being sarcastic when I say “I love…” btw) Srsly, I wish fitness videos would stop creating music video productions and have a steady cam with 1-2 alternating viewing positions so participants can CHECK THEIR FORM as they’re completing the moves. I appreciate the workout, but the unnecessary zooms and erratic editing actually detracts from the workout video.

Took a long time to get solid at the beginner's workout. Finally got here to Level 1. Just survived my first 45 minute workout. Mod 1 all the way.

Great workout. Over produced. Spend less time on closeups of faces and more on wide shots of all three. People performing along with these exercises want to mirror what they're doing, and have no care about dollies or foreground swipes. Other than that, loved it!

Good workout but the camera needs to stop zooming in on random parts of people so I can't see what they're f*cking doing. Ruins the whole workout cause you can't see what each level is doing so makes it a bit useless.
