Algorithm might be messing with you, you might be better off making a new channel with the same content as this one and make a video on this channel pushing people the new channel. having a ton of subs with low views is worse than having a small channel with the same views (in the eyes of the algorithm). It'll try harder to push the smaller channels videos. It will see it as better content and might start getting you good traction again
