Glad you liked it! I used a jar of Goose fat; if they weren't for Christmas I'd normally use oil :)

Can you tell me why we cant open freeze raw meat? Thank you for the fab video!

Hey! It’s more just to prevent the risk of cross-contamination from the raw meat to other foods in the freezer; particularly those that might just be defrosted without further heating so would always recommend to open freeze raw meat in a sealed container ☺️ and thank you, glad you liked it ❤️ xxx
