The boiling, leaving to dry, covering with oil a day or two before and leaving in the fridge before works perfectly. To save fridge space I put them in a sealed container and leave them in the garage as it freezing in there.

Looks good & gonna try it this year 👍. Do you think using russet’s or red potatoes will be as good?

I’ve only personally tried using Maris piper but there’s no reason it won’t work with other potato varieties! ☺️
